Bagi Ibu yag telah mengandung lebih enam bulan pula , amalkan lah meminum air kelapa muda setiap seminggu sekali, tetapi jangan pula terlalu kerap , kerana boleh melemahkan bayi . Ibu2 juga di nasihatkan makan ikan setiap hari supaya bayi menjadi cergas dan pintar. Ikan yg baik di-makan adalah ikan laut dalam saperti Tuna, Salmon, Tenggiri dsb.
